Our 2-night stay was delightful. the breakfast was phenomenal with a variety of fresh options, and the spa was an exceptional experience. However, the room felt smaller than expected and wasn't as clean as it could have been.

Room decor seems oddly dated for a four-star establishment!!! Service was far from accommodating, especially regarding special requests and reservations. The noise from surrounding rooms really detracted from my overall experience!!!

The room was nice but a bit dated. it had a leaking shower. Thankfully, the issue was fixed quickly.

Woke up to the sound of bubbling water from the nearby spa. The Yonaguni Spa was a luxurious escape, truly rejuvenating. Breakfast was a delightful start to each day.

However, the room was cramped and outdated, lacking the promised luxury. Dining options were limited, especially when the main restaurant was fully booked. Staff seemed overwhelmed.

Despite its beautiful architecture and good breakfast options, the experience was overshadowed by several issues. The room smelled of cigarette smoke, making it less than desirable for relaxation. Charging young children for breakfast felt unreasonable, especially when other hotels offer complimentary meals for kids. The restaurant experience was disappointing, leading to discomfort afterward, and while the indoor pool was nice, it lacked child-friendly features. Overall, not worth the premium price for families.
